- Graduated with highest honors from the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology.
- Extensive training program at Montana State University School of Music, performing the latest tuning, regulating, and repairing techniques.
- Trained and certified installer of the Piano Live Saver humidity control system.
- Trained at the Cunningham Piano Factory and Restoration Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Associate member of the Piano Technician’s Guild.
